You'll serve as the strategic interface between the Business Technology Group and assigned business units, driving technology strategy and solution discovery. You'll facilitate prioritization of technology investments and manage vendor relationships to align with business goals. This role offers the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor while shaping technology roadmaps and portfolio budgets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as key liaison between LOB stakeholders and BTG for technology strategy
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracting, and service provider performance
• Manage application access, governance, and technology risk mitigation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a mid-market technology environment supporting systems and vendors
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable service desk platform
• Experience with Monday.com or comparable work management tools
