π― What You'll Do
- Identify growth opportunities and define strategic direction with sales leadership
- Build reporting structures using Metabase, Salesforce, Tableau
- Analyze data to generate insights and drive improvements
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for sales productivity
π Requirements
- 7+ years relevant experience, ideally in strategic consulting and sales operations
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Proven AI fluency with experience building AI workflows
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
- Knowledge of Tableau or Metabase
- Knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot
