Description

You'll own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for engine or vehicle systems, developing build flows and test procedures while providing hands-on floor support and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in manufacturing engineering for complex systems
• Hands-on experience with integration and test
• Ability to develop scalable processes for higher production rates
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Collaboration skills for cross-team coordination

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for engine or vehicle systems
• Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures
• Support first article builds focusing on manufacturability, repeatability, and quality
• Provide hands-on floor support during build and test, resolving issues in real time
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, and other teams
