You'll design resilient systems and improve observability for earned wage access products at EarnIn. Your work will ensure high availability and smooth deployments. This hybrid role offers collaboration with teams in Bengaluru and Palo Alto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design systems with resilience, graceful degradation, and capacity.
• Define and measure SLOs and SLIs that reflect customer experience.
• Build signal-heavy observability using Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Improve incident lifecycle with clear communication and blameless follow-ups.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of SRE, DevOps, or software engineering experience
• Coding proficiency in Python or Go
• AWS cloud infrastructure exposure
• AI fluency with tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting concepts
• Personal project using LLM or AI agent for automation
