You'll gain practical exposure to incoming invoices, travel expenses, and reimbursements while using tools like Business Central and Spendesk. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support daily operational accounting tasks
• Process and book incoming invoices including travel invoices
• Support travel expenses, expense claims, and reimbursements
• Work with Spendesk and Business Central (training provided)

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, economics, finance, or accounting
• Completed accounting or finance-related courses
• Comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in English

• Experience with Business Central, Spendesk, or similar
• German language skills
• Based in Berlin
