💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for US, Australia, and additional international locations using PEO partners. You'll drive scalable payroll processes to support rapid headcount growth and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This fully remote role offers a chance to shape global payroll infrastructure at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for US, Australia, and international locations via PEO partners
• Maintain and update employee data with PEO, including onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes
• Review timesheets, PTO, overtime, and deductions before PEO submission
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries in NetSuite

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US and international payroll administration experience, preferably via PEO
• Hands-on experience with major PEO providers like ADP, Vensure, Insperity, TriNet, or similar
• Strong understanding of US payroll laws and tax regulations (federal, state, local)
• Experience with multi-state payroll including varying state tax and compliance requirements

• Proven experience managing a transition between PEO providers, including data migration and process implementation
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for payroll analysis
