💼 About This Role

You'll bridge customer support with strategic account management for a healthcare price transparency platform. You'll lead projects ensuring customers receive value while engaging with the product suite. This role is a launchpad for advancement to Customer Success Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and executing strategic account plans
• Gradually assume direct customer responsibilities and meetings
• Support post-sales lifecycle including onboarding and renewals
• Proactively identify and communicate customer churn risks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within life sciences, SaaS, or consulting
• Strong foundation in customer success principles and processes
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Market Access, Contracting & Pricing, or Field Reimbursement
• Fluency with claims, coverage, and billing data
