You will partner with universities to help them adopt and scale Claude AI across teaching, research, and administration, becoming a trusted advisor and driving measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in higher education technology, preferably SaaS or emerging tech
  • Ability to navigate academic bureaucracies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of higher education buying cycles and decision-making processes
  • Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for various audiences

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with university decision-makers and serve as primary contact
  • Become expert in Anthropic's products (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) and guide customers
  • Monitor usage patterns, drive adoption, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop change management strategies for universities, including train-the-trainer programs
  • Create enablement resources and design initiatives showcasing impactful use cases
