🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discussions with merchants on optimization strategies
• Build optimization narratives and tools with rigorous analysis
• Deploy sophisticated optimization playbooks across customer portfolio
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments or operations
• Deep expertise in card network costs at acquirer level
• Expertise in interchange and scheme fees at merchant level
• Understanding of e-commerce payments processing and optimization
