💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the expert technical user of eDiscovery applications for a government contractor supporting the FBI. You'll help develop discovery plans and coordinate collection of electronically stored information for civil and criminal litigation. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact cases with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced government environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for litigation and FOIA requests.
• Use eDiscovery software to collect data from FBI systems like MS-Exchange and shared drives.
• Administer data inputs into the eDiscovery review platform, including case creation and user access.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units for review, redaction, and release.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Active U.S. Government security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred
• Experience with Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, Veritas eDiscovery Platform
