Description

In this role, you will independently plan and execute regional field and partner marketing initiatives to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness in the DACH and CEE regions. You will act as the key interface between sales, partners, and global marketing, ensuring alignment and efficient operational execution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology
• Proven experience independently planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Professional communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional field and partner marketing initiatives
• Develop integrated marketing programs including campaigns, events, webinars, and digital measures
• Create event-related marketing materials for lead generation
• Serve as primary marketing contact for partners and manage co-marketing initiatives
• Adapt global marketing messages for regional markets and localize German content
