Description

You will work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, assisting Senior Interior Designers and Project Managers with project execution across all phases including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Your focus will be on design and technical aspects, producing drawings, renderings, and contributing to furniture and equipment selections while mentoring less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of related experience
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative design portfolio
• Ability to handle multiple projects and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager with execution of project goals throughout all phases
• Develop design including planning and three-dimensional studies
• Produce drawings of floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, details, etc.
• Support furniture, fixtures and equipment selection, layout and specifications
• Participate in construction administration activities including site visits and punch lists
