You'll lead a 100+ person engineering organization building digital platforms for a global live entertainment leader. You'll drive engineering execution across commerce, fan engagement, and data ecosystems. This role offers the chance to scale infrastructure supporting millions of users and mission-critical operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop 100+ person engineering organization across multiple disciplines
• Scale hiring, organizational design, and leadership development
• Partner with Product leadership to deliver scalable platforms
• Oversee cloud architecture, CI/CD, and platform reliability
• Establish Incident Command Management practices and response playbooks

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent experience
• 10+ years as a technical leader of DevOps or Systems Administration teams
• Expertise in designing secure cloud services and infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience leveraging generative AI to improve engineering velocity
• Experience in the Live Events Industry
• CISSP or AWS Certified Solution Architect certification
