You will drive new business and strategic partnerships with top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics companies across EMEA. You'll lead complex sales cycles, build C-suite relationships, and develop account strategies to grow GLG's share of wallet. This role offers the potential to evolve from a senior individual contributor into a player-coach as the business scales.
Requirements
- Proven senior commercial leadership in life sciences sales or related field
- Experience in strategic partnership development with top global pharmaceutical companies
- Strong track record of new business generation and pipeline management
- Excellent C-suite relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Lead new business generation for life sciences clients in EMEA, focusing on top-tier pharma, biotech, medtech, and diagnostics
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with multi-year growth strategies and revenue targets
- Build and deepen C-suite relationships (Director to C-Level) across multiple functions
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including enterprise-level agreements
- Define and own territory and account strategy aligned with growth priorities
