• 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant team management.

• Experience owning production systems in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams through multiple product cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building ledger systems, custody infrastructure, or similar financial technology.
• Background managing teams in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or regulated financial environments.
