Description

You will work directly with customers to design and demonstrate solutions using the Deasy Labs platform, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to help organizations turn unstructured data into AI-ready knowledge. This hybrid role is based in Brussels, with at least two days per week in the office.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales for enterprise software
• Familiarity with unstructured data, machine learning, or information retrieval technologies
• Knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
• Experience with PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in technical aspects of sales cycle
• Lead technical discovery conversations with customers
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
• Translate customer requirements into solution architectures
• Serve as trusted technical advisor during evaluation and adoption
