💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Relativity expert for an eDiscovery team, providing advanced support and guidance to attorneys and investigators. Your core impact will be testing software releases, setting up templates, views, and workflows across all workspaces, and advocating for new features. This role offers a chance to work directly with Relativity's staff and contribute to government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advanced-level Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling and complex searches in Relativity.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates and workflows.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of litigation support experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Two Relativity certifications including RCA.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery or Conformity Engine.
• Current active clearance preferred.
