Requirements

  • 5+ years managing paid social for DTC or ecommerce brands with demonstrated scale
  • Expertise managing $20MM/year in paid social budgets with strong ROAS, CAC, and payback metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid social program across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat ensuring ROI-positivity
  • Execute day-to-day campaign optimization including audience targeting, creative rotation, and algorithm optimization
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps for creative formats, audience segmentation, messaging, and catalog feeds
  • Monitor budgets, identify risks, and deliver weekly/monthly/annual forecasting
  • Lead dynamic product ads and retargeting programs to drive incremental conversion
