Your role involves educating clients on product configurations, analyzing data to support renewals, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in customer service or sales support with high-value accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PCs, internet, Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with real estate industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide reactive support for 150 high-value accounts
  • Educate clients on product configurations and best practices
  • Provide structured data and reporting to support renewals and new orders
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Focus Fire
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and escalations, collaborating cross-functionally
