You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing post-sale reactive support in partnership with a Strategic Sales Senior Account Executive. Your role involves educating clients on product configurations, analyzing data to support renewals, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive customer success.
Requirements
- 1-2 years in customer service or sales support with high-value accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in PCs, internet, Microsoft applications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with real estate industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide reactive support for 150 high-value accounts
- Educate clients on product configurations and best practices
- Provide structured data and reporting to support renewals and new orders
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Focus Fire
- Address client inquiries, issues, and escalations, collaborating cross-functionally
