Description

You will lead MongoDB's Talent Discovery team, a global "SWAT" unit focused on high-priority hiring. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring you to define the long-term roadmap, refine KPIs, leverage data for decision-making, and adopt cutting-edge tools and AI. You'll serve as a consultant to executive leadership, cultivate a high-performance inclusive culture, and ensure the team is strategically deployed to tackle the company's most essential talent gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 4+ years of direct people management in high-growth tech
• Proven success leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent
• Demonstrated ability to guide teams through organizational change and ambiguity
• Mastery of talent analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
