You'll take responsibility for planning and managing material flows across production and project workstreams at a defence AI company. Your coordination with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and production teams ensures programme commitments are met on time. You'll own defined planning workstreams and grow your ability to manage escalations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan material requirements and delivery schedules across workstreams.
• Monitor supply chain status and coordinate escalation of shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and production teams.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance.

📋 Requirements

• Managed material requirements in a production or project-driven environment.
• Experience with ERP (SAP S4 HANA) or advanced planning systems.
• Interpret inventory data and demand forecasts for sound planning decisions.
• Supported supply escalations and shortages, keeping stakeholders informed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with defence, aerospace, or regulated industries.
• Experience with ERP or advanced planning systems in manufacturing.
• Exposure to supplier performance management processes.
