You'll build the top of the sales funnel for modern, AI-native government software, identifying target agencies and opening doors through outbound prospecting and relationship-driven outreach. You'll own territory strategy, qualify leads, and partner with Account Executives to refine messaging based on direct feedback from public sector buyers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across your territory
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently
  • Run high-volume, personalized outreach sequences
  • Partner with AEs on territory strategy and messaging
  • Represent Kaizen at industry conferences

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years of outbound sales or prospecting experience
  • Track record of hitting pipeline targets through self-directed activity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with sales tools (CRM, sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Experience with SLED sales or government-adjacent markets
  • Experience booking meetings through multi-channel sequences
  • Interest in growing into a full-cycle AE role
