💼 About This Role

You'll support and implement people strategy for Engineering, Product, and Revenue teams at a creator commerce platform. You'll foster trust with leaders, drive engagement, and provide end-to-end HR partnership across the employee lifecycle. This remote role combines hands-on support with business partnership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement people strategy for assigned business groups
• Build trust and support leaders in delivering people outcomes
• Partner with Recruiting to manage the employee lifecycle
• Leverage data and AI tools for decision-making and workforce planning

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HRBP
• Experience managing full-cycle people processes
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR programs
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent
