You'll own Abby Care's voice across social, blog, and community channels and turn that into measurable growth. You'll define weekly content themes, create multi-format content, and use data to evolve strategy. This role gives you significant runway to be a storyteller who thinks like a growth marketer.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own content strategy and calendar aligned with business priorities
  • Create multi-format content including video scripts and social posts
  • Lead and mentor part-time creators and freelancers
  • Make content data-driven by reviewing performance metrics weekly
  • Collaborate with Paid Media to turn organic hits into ads

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in content, social, or community marketing
  • 2-3 years owning a content program, not just posting
  • Strong experience creating or leading short-form video content
  • Ability to break down complex topics into clear, empathetic stories

✨ Nice to Have

  • Direct experience marketing to parents or caregivers
  • Basic SEO and blog experience
  • Experience with influencer programs or grassroots community building
