You'll define weekly content themes, create multi-format content, and use data to evolve strategy. This role gives you significant runway to be a storyteller who thinks like a growth marketer.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own content strategy and calendar aligned with business priorities
- Create multi-format content including video scripts and social posts
- Lead and mentor part-time creators and freelancers
- Make content data-driven by reviewing performance metrics weekly
- Collaborate with Paid Media to turn organic hits into ads
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in content, social, or community marketing
- 2-3 years owning a content program, not just posting
- Strong experience creating or leading short-form video content
- Ability to break down complex topics into clear, empathetic stories

- Direct experience marketing to parents or caregivers
- Basic SEO and blog experience
- Experience with influencer programs or grassroots community building
