Description

As Lead Product Designer at BlinkRx, you'll define and execute product vision and strategy, designing intuitive user experiences for healthcare technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to improve prescription accessibility and affordability for patients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in similar role or product organization
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Blended skill set: visual design, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, user research
• Experience leading style guide or design system initiatives

Responsibilities

• Craft modern, engaging user experiences solving user and business needs
• Facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises across teams
• Utilize user research insights and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Define interaction patterns, user flows, and information architecture models
• Generate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for product interfaces
