• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
• 7-10 years of workforce planning or human capital consulting experience
• Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
• Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment
