- Lead project governance and ensure task execution
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule
- Engage with senior government stakeholders and deliver briefings
- Oversee workforce demand analyses for modernization initiatives
π Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
- 7-10 years of workforce planning or human capital consulting experience
- Experience leading large-scale federal consulting engagements
- Expertise in workforce demand modeling and gap assessment
