🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for technical roles
• Conduct talent mapping and referral generation campaigns
• Align candidates' motivations with Ramp's value proposition
• Lead intake meetings to qualify job requirements

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech company
• Proficiency in Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence using data-driven decision-making

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of technical job profiles like Software Engineering
• Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
