🎯 What You'll Do

• Set technical direction and standards for code quality and architecture.
• Design and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS, Kafka, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS Cloud, Confluent Kafka, and Node.js.
• Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc.).
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
