You'll join a creative technical team partnering with customers to ensure their success with BrazeAI. You'll collaborate on implementations like ML model configuration and data pipeline setup, and help shape product strategy through customer-facing insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on customer implementations including ML model configuration
• Improve architecture and develop reusable data pipelines and APIs
• Work with RL pipeline team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
• Provide technical expertise to ensure customer adoption and success

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years as Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer in production
• Proficient in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Skilled in SQL for large-scale data querying and manipulation
• Experience with machine learning pipelines and model deployment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP)
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms
• Customer-facing or consulting experience
