Your core impact is driving deal flow from analysis to closing. This role offers direct work with global clients like Apollo and Endeavor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage deal timelines and coordinate with external advisors
• Build 3-statement financial models and projections
• Conduct scenario analysis and valuation (DCF, comps)
• Synthesize raw operational data into structured insights

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in financial modeling and transaction execution (IB/PE/credit)
• Expert-level Excel proficiency with 3-statement integration
• Understanding of transaction legal docs and closing mechanics
• Ability to identify operational risks beyond the numbers
