Description

You will drive the migration to OpenShift, designing and managing clusters in on-premises environments, containerizing applications, and building CI/CD pipelines. You'll automate operations, enforce security, and mentor colleagues while ensuring platform reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years experience deploying and maintaining OpenShift and GitLab CI
• Proficiency with Ansible and infrastructure automation
• Solid Linux system administration experience in enterprise environments
• Ability to document architectures and develop SOPs

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters in on-premises environments
• Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and optimize deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using OpenShift and DevOps tools
• Automate operational tasks using Ansible and scripting tools
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies
