You'll deliver exceptional shopping experiences at Mejuri's retail store, guiding customers in finding jewelry that celebrates self-expression. You'll drive key metrics like sales, conversion, and NPS while upholding brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support in-store customer experience using Mejuri's Steps of Selling.
• Ensure positive customer experience with piercing, engraving, and other services.
• Participate in back of house order fulfillment for in-store, phone, or BOPIS sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to connect with customers authentically and warmly.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling.
• Ability to meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT.
