You'll build deep partnerships with Notion's AMER GTM leaders across Sales, CX, and Marketing. You'll advise on people strategies, talent planning, and org design to drive business forward. This role offers the chance to shape a generational company while using AI to increase leverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build partnerships with leadership and serve as conduit to People Team.
• Advise on people strategies, talent planning, and org design.
• Use AI to increase leverage and build repeatable workflows.
• Coach managers on performance management and employee engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP/People Partner experience.
• 5+ years supporting GTM, Sales, or Revenue Orgs in SaaS/AI.
• Strong relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Experience with large-scale business model transformations.
