You'll manage real-time community engagement across platforms like Reddit and DMs for Wisp, a telemedicine brand. Your insights will directly shape how we support patients and inform our broader strategy. This is a fully-remote contract role with high ownership and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and Reddit posts with timely, empathetic tone
• Monitor sentiment and surface actionable insights to Marketing and Product teams
• Develop response frameworks and escalation paths for consistency and compliance
• Drive authentic engagement on conversation-driven platforms like Reddit

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in community management or customer engagement
• Strong written communication for nuanced or sensitive health conversations
• Ability to identify patterns in qualitative feedback and turn into insights
• Organized and proactive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
