You'll manage project financials and reporting for a top employer in development and construction. You'll ensure accurate job costing, cost allocation, and stakeholder collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor project costs and prepare variance reports.
• Prepare monthly bank draws and manage treasury functions.
• Develop and track financing KPIs and cash flow models.
• Prepare interim and year-end financial statements for audits.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in construction or development project accounting.
• University degree and accounting designation (CA, CPA, CGA, CMA) or in progress.
• Knowledge of GAAP, REALpac, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi ERP and Procore software.
• Understanding of construction financing and covenant reporting.
