You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives for Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform, focusing on verticalization strategies for retail and consumer goods. You'll hire, coach, and develop top talent, execute aggressive acquisition and expansion strategies, and partner cross-functionally to build industry-specific go-to-market motions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading a team of 5+ Strategic Account Executives
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
  • Experience with full lifecycle SaaS customer management
  • Success developing vertical go-to-market strategies in retail or consumer brands
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
