You'll serve as the post-sales support contact for key client accounts in the Banking & Insurance vertical. You'll drive value and impact by coordinating with internal teams and conducting Customer Value Touchpoints. This role offers the chance to help clients leverage data and analytics for business decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, and Implementation teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line related to business solutions
• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree and certifications preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience
