Description

You'll drive key initiatives supporting player engagement and monetization for Star Trek Fleet Command. Collaborating with Product, Design, Economy, Marketing, and Analytics teams, you'll plan, execute, and optimize in-game events, features, and offers to improve player experience and business performance.

Requirements

• Solid experience in product management, ideally within free-to-play mobile games or live service games
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Understanding of core F2P mechanics, player retention strategies, and monetization best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and disciplines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of live content calendar including events and offers
• Analyze player behavior and game data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content meeting player needs and business goals
• Ensure progression systems remain balanced and rewarding with economy and game design teams
• Monitor feature and event performance, recommend improvements based on data and player feedback
