You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping grow premium cannabis. Your work directly impacts quality standards and operational efficiency. You'll gain hands-on experience with plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvesting in a state-of-the-art facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, watering, and pruning
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for optimal growth
• Inspect plants for health issues and remove substandard ones
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and inventory tracking

📋 Requirements

• Passion for working with plants and some harvesting experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
