Description

You will drive the onboarding process for Hightouch customers, working with Technical Account Managers to design scalable implementation frameworks and lead technical discovery sessions. You'll ensure seamless integration of Hightouch into customers' data infrastructure, translating complex requirements into actionable plans while creating repeatable processes that minimize time-to-value.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software
• Hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex technical implementations with clear communication across stakeholders
• Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that scale across an organization
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage technical and business audiences

Responsibilities
