You'll design and execute global talent programs like performance management and succession planning for a mission-driven gaming company. Your work will directly shape how Rioters grow and develop, impacting the entire organization. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute global talent programs including goal setting and performance reviews
- Lead continuous improvement of program design based on metrics and feedback
- Partner with People Systems to optimize talent tools and systems
- Manage data flow and analytics for talent programs
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years HR experience with 2+ years in talent management or leadership development
- Strong knowledge of performance management, promotions, talent review, and succession planning
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools like MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver complex projects
โจ Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of HR domains including performance management, career/leadership development, assessments, and compensation
- Experience implementing HR programs in fast-paced global organizations, especially in creative, technology, or gaming industries
- Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite
