Your work will directly shape how Rioters grow and develop, impacting the entire organization. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute global talent programs including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Lead continuous improvement of program design based on metrics and feedback
  • Partner with People Systems to optimize talent tools and systems
  • Manage data flow and analytics for talent programs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years HR experience with 2+ years in talent management or leadership development
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, promotions, talent review, and succession planning
  • Proficiency in data analytics and tools like MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver complex projects

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of HR domains including performance management, career/leadership development, assessments, and compensation
  • Experience implementing HR programs in fast-paced global organizations, especially in creative, technology, or gaming industries
  • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite
