Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success with a value-driven mindset
- High energy communication skills engaging stakeholders up to C-suite
- Proven experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Fluent English is essential
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, expansion, retention, and ROI
- Lead Quarterly Success Reviews with executive sponsors
- Identify customer pain points and guide how Anaplan addresses them
- Conduct workshops to promote new use cases for upsell and cross-sell
- Identify renewal risks and partner with Renewal Managers on mitigation
