Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success with a value-driven mindset
  • High energy communication skills engaging stakeholders up to C-suite
  • Proven experience in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Fluent English is essential

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, expansion, retention, and ROI
  • Lead Quarterly Success Reviews with executive sponsors
  • Identify customer pain points and guide how Anaplan addresses them
  • Conduct workshops to promote new use cases for upsell and cross-sell
  • Identify renewal risks and partner with Renewal Managers on mitigation
