💼 About This Role

You'll lead identity transformation at EverOps, an Embedded Service Provider partnering with enterprise software teams. You'll architect Okta as the central identity platform, automate onboarding/offboarding, and drive identity-as-code using Terraform and GitHub-based GitOps operations. Lead implementation of SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management across cloud and SaaS environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Okta implementation (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
• Build identity infrastructure using Terraform IaC
• Design automated onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Implement version-controlled identity configs with GitOps

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management engineering
• Deep experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, SCIM, lifecycle)
• Proven experience building onboarding/offboarding automation
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with endpoint platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, SOC2)
• Okta device trust or device-based access controls
