💼 About This Role

You'll teach STEM subjects to bright students in Lilongwe, Malawi, focusing on mathematics and physical sciences. You'll co-develop curriculum and lead math circles, contributing to the first national-scale math olympiad in Malawi.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach STEM subjects daily to selected students
• Co-develop high school lesson plans and curricula
• Lead a weekly math circle for community members
• Plan and administer national-scale STEM contests

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in teaching Mathematics at high school level
• Proficiency in Physical Science (mechatronics, physics, or chemistry)
• Willingness to relocate from Philippines to Lilongwe, Malawi
• Working proficiency (≥C1) in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Participation in STEM competitions (e.g., MTAP, PPO, PMO)
• Experience with technology education like Python or Scratch
• Experience coaching students for Math Olympiad
