You'll lead the Digital Relive team at Polarsteps, designing new ways for travelers to relive their journeys. Oversee the full product lifecycle from concepting to iteration based on user testing and feedback. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of the Digital Relive team focused on trip reminiscing.
• Concept, prototype, and iterate based on feedback and testing.
• Maintain and elevate design and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing lovable products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (hybrid UX/UI).
• Experience designing for native mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with user insights and testing (A/B tests, usability studies).

• Proactive mindset with product management thinking.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Protopie.
• Skills in partnering with engineers on QA processes.
