Description

You will manage IT due diligence and technology assessments for M&A transactions, leading projects from planning through execution for private equity and commercial clients. Your role involves analyzing IT costs, identifying synergies and risks, and enabling client collaboration through Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Big 4 or professional services experience
• Technology consulting experience in IT Due Diligence, IT M&A consulting, or IT strategy in M&A context
• Experience with IT M&A transaction lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (M365, Azure)
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams

• Develop and enhance IT M&A methodologies
