You will own interview logistics and candidate experience for a high-growth real estate technology company. You'll coordinate complex interviews across multiple departments, become an expert in Greenhouse, and leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling and improve workflow. This role is a launchpad into talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fantastic interpersonal communication skills (written and oral)
• Thrives in a multi-tasking environment with ability to prioritize
• Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and learning new systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple departments at a fast pace
• Support all scheduling logistics for the talent team, including phone and remote onsite interviews
• Become a master of Greenhouse to keep candidates moving through the pipeline
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters, teams, and candidates to drive an efficient process
• Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, candidate communications, and administrative workflows
