Requirements
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends during hunting season
- Customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact via phone, email, SMS, live chat
- Achieve expertise in onX product suite to advise customers
- Solve complex customer issues using provided tools
- Document and share end-user suggestions and issues
