You'll define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy for a technology-driven environment, building the function from the ground up. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models that shape workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines technical depth in data science with strategic business acumen.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Design and deploy AI-powered tools and analytics applications using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies.
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, engagement, and employee experience.
- Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations delivering actionable insights for senior leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science.
- 3+ years of experience leading analytics teams, including hiring and talent development.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with statistical modeling and production-level development.
- Experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end, including modern frameworks like LLMs and GenAI.

- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
