Description

You will support Growe's legal activities across regions including Asia, Africa, and LatAm, handling regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating various agreements, and providing daily legal support to teams. You'll coordinate with external counsels and manage corporate documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
• Experience in international companies or abroad
• IP or Tax expertise is a huge advantage
• Fluent English with legal English knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support group companies' activities in different regions, including incensing and regulatory matters
• Draft, proofread, and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing/sponsorship agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs
• Provide day-to-day legal support to billing, marketing, finance, and other teams on operational and ad hoc requests
• Represent legal function in cross-team cooperation
• Handle registers of contracts, companies, corporate, and related documentation
